A Core Energetics Process Group is a powerful life-altering experience.
A Core Energetics group is unlike any other. The addition of powerful physical techniques allow participants to break through their typical patterns of relating and self-expression, opening the door to deeper feelings and new ways of making contact.
The immediacy of group work is a dynamic catalyst for change. The group provides unique opportunities to gain awareness of inter-relational patterns as they emerge in the here-and-now. Members support one another in expressing their genuine feelings, experiment with new behaviors, and break through defensive patterns. The group holds space for individual members to work through issues that are presenting in their lives through the use of body psychotherapy interventions and techniques, and to receive honest feedback and genuine support.
Group work is a tremendously rewarding opportunity for deep connection and sharing as members learn and grow from their own work and from one anothers.
